In the event of delays or unforeseen circumstances in the origin country (factory), such as strikes, the delivery time may be extended by an additional 15 business days.
Please note that all orders come with a tracking code. If the tracking is not functioning on our website, please contact us. The tracking code may take 3 to 7 days to be updated in the system from the posting date.
We are not responsible if the product cannot be delivered to the recipient due to an incorrectly filled delivery address on our website during checkout. We will provide a full refund for purchases that go missing.
